NGA Care are delighted to have successfully sold a portfolio of residential care homes conveniently clustered in the West Midlands. The management run businesses are highly profitable and well presented. The majority of the bedrooms have en suite facilities. The homes had very high occupancy which would generate c. £1,840,000 annualised revenue. Income was c. £1,708,000 with an EBITDAR of c. £746,000. This has been discreetly acquired by a regional operator.
